Phillip Eugene Kellogg was called home to the Lord on Saturday June 16, 2007.

He was born on October 18, 1933 to Pearl and Alfred Kellogg in St. Charles, IA. He joined the Navy in 1950. He served on the USS Floyds Bay as a Radioman Third Class. On November 13th 1954 he was united in marriage to Darlene Rose Graeve. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, travel, quilting and playing cards with his family. He loved to spent time with his children and grandchildren. He was a member of the Painters Local Union 246 for 40 years where he retired in 1993. In his later years he became active in his church St. Peters Catholic Church.

He is survived by his loving wife Darlene and his six children; David Kellogg (Mona), Kathy Hutt (Rod), Daniel Kellott (Dorothy), Karol Hargis (Kenneth), Karla Smith (Miles) and Karen Clark (Rick); 13 grandchildren: Jason, Julie, Kristen, Stephen, Renee, Michael, Katherine, Cale, Cody, Chelsey, Sarah, Andrew and Cody; and two sisters, Darlene Simpson (Clifford) and Marge Tinlin and one brother Paul Kellogg (Mary). He was preceded in death by his parents, along with two brothers, Bobby Kellogg and Gerald Kellogg, one sister Mary Danilson. He will be missed by many family members and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family or to St. Peters Catholic Church.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, Wednesday at Our Lady of the America's St. Peter's Worship Center. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday at Iles Funeral Homes-Grandview Park Chapel, a vigil will begin at 7 p.m.
