Mrs. Richard Farrington, 56, the former Colleen Clark, a former Winterset resident, died Oct. 10 in Houston, Tex., following a lingering illness. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Dorothy Taylor Clark.
She was born in Winterset Dec. 23, 1925 and moved to Iowa Falls with her family in 1928. She graduated from Iowa Falls High School before moving from there.
She married Richard Farrington in Santa Monica, Calif., Jan. 18, 1947.
Survivors are her husband, four children, a grandchild, a sister, Connie Peters of Portland, Ore., and her stepmother, Mrs. Russell Picht of Iowa Falls.
She had an uncle and aunt in Winterset, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Ford and Mrs. Lee Taylor. Burial was in Houston.
