Eva Mae Noonan, 58, died of a stroke following open heart surgery on July 28, 1992, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Des Moines. Funeral services were held Fri., July 31 at Stroud-Lindsay Golden Rule Funeral Home, Afton with the Rev. Kurt Langland officiating.

She was born October 2, 1933 in Barney to Guy and Eva (Cornelison) Lemon. She married Charles I. Noonan on November 11, 1953. She was a longtime resident of Dallas County and also lived in the Lorimor area. She was employed for 14 years as a wrapper for Reames Food in Clive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.

Surviving relatives include three daughters, Susan Noonan, Red Oak, Catherine Baltutat, DeSoto, Patricia Barnes, Riverside, Calif.; one son, Edward Noonan, Minburn; three brothers, Earl Lemon of DeSoto, Janice Mylan, Redfield; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Burial was at Lorimor Cemetery.
