SHARON HOPE DIES OF CRASH INJURIES

Sharon K. Hope, 30, of Winterset, died this Tuesday morning, March 10, at a Des Moines hospital. Her death resulted from injuries received in an automobile accident near Des Moines last Saturday.

Miss Hope was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hope of Winterset.

Funeral services will be held this Thursday at 2 p.m. from the First United Methodist church of Winterset. Burial will be made in the Winterset cemetery.

SERVICES THURSDAY FOR SHARON HOPE

Funeral services were held Thursday from the First United Methodist church of Winterset for Sharon Kay Hope of Winterset, whose death had occurred March 10 at a Des Moines hospital. The Rev. Everett K. Burham, pastor of the church, conducted the services. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.

Miss Hope's death resulted from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Des Moines March 7. She was 30 years of age.

She was a life-time resident of Winterset. Born here Jan. 18, 1940, she was a daughter of Ralph W. and Gwendolyn DeLong Hope. At the time of her death, she was employed by Airline Textiles of Des Moines.

She was a member of the KSIB Country Music group.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Larry Hope of Winterset; and grandparents, Mrs. Grace Hope of Des Moines and Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence DeLong of Winterset.
