From the Friday evening's CAPITOL we clip the following: A. E. Barnett, of Earlham, came to this city a few days ago to visit with relatives. He was not well at the time of his arrival, yet not seriously sick; but was yesterday taken severely and quite suddenly worse, at the residence of W. R. Hill, in the Baker block, and about 7 last evening he died.
Mr. Barnett is a brother-in-law of Mr. Hill, of Hill & Horn, and related to Barnett Bros., also to the Comptons of this city.
The remains will be taken to Stuart tomorrow and buried beside those of his father.
Mr. A. E. Barnett was a fine young man, of good character, and his death will be sadly felt among his large circle of acquaintances.
