OBITUARY

Death again has entered the home of one of our neighbors and taken from their fond embrace, little Mary, an interesting and beautiful. Brown hair and blue eyes--one year, one month, and nineteen days old. Died on the morning of the 19th, inst., at the home of her parents, A. F. and Rebecca Conyers.

The funeral services of this lovely child were largely attended, at the Presbyterian Church to-day at 11 o'clock. Funeral services by Campbell, Methodist of Dexter. The stricken family have the entire sympathy of the community in this the loss of their sweet child. All that kind hands and loving hearts could do was faithfully done, but the Saviour called and took her to His embrace forever, to swell in the Paradise of God. May the Good Shepherd graciously shield this dear lamb in his own bosom, and richly bestow His blessings upon the beraft parents and remaining children.

Earlham, March 20, 1884.

Note: Burial was made in the North Branch cemetery.
