J. J. Greer, of Grand River township, who was prostrated by paralysis about a year ago, received a second attack this week from the effects of which he died on Thursday. Last winter, a daughter, Mrs. Osborn, and a son, William, died. Mr. Greer was one of the oldest settlers and most highly respected citizens of the county. The family will receive general sympathy in this serious affliction.

Note: Burial was made in the Kivett cemetery.
