MAE COCHRANE DIES AT 80 YEARS OF AGE

Mae Cochrane, a resident of Madison county the last 25 years, died Friday, July 31, at the Horton nusing home here. She was 80 years of age.

Miss Cochrane was born at Brooks, in Adams county, on Jan. 5, 1890, a daughter of Clarence C. and Lydia Brown Cochrane. During her active life she served as a school teacher.

Nearest surviving relative is a nephew, Ronald E. Harless, of Des Moines.

Burial was made at the Brooks cemetery in Adams county Saturday, Aug. 1, with services at the grave-side.
