ZELLER GRAHAM DIED WEDNESDAY

Zeller Graham of Winterset, a retired farmer and life-time resident of Madison county, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Memorial hospital here. He was 85 years of age.

Mr. Graham was born in Lincoln township Oct. 17, 1885, a son of James W. and Cordelia Harrell Graham. His life was spent in farming until his retirement in 1950, when he moved into Winterset. He was a long-time Farm Bureau member, and had served as a school board member in his district.

Mr. Graham was married Dec. 25, 1915, to Mary McCauley. She preceded him in death.

He is survived by three children, Mrs. Katherine DeWitt of Winterset, James A. Graham of Norwalk, and Mrs. Evelyn Thorson of Story City. He also leaves five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday from the Collins Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Eldon E. Jandebeur, pastor of the First Christian church of Winterset. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
