Mr. Jerome Rose died at the house of Mr. Sproul in the east part of town on Saturday last. Mr. Rose was a young man who lately come to this place, and an entire stranger.
At the time of his death no clue could be gotten to the whereabouts of his relations, but since the funeral, which took place at the Baptist church on Sunday, there has been a telegram received stating that they live in Wisconsin.
