Beatrice W. Vonasek, 91, of Winterset died of a heart ailment Thursday at Madrid Home in Madrid. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Lorimor United Methodist Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be at Lorimor Cemetery.

Mrs. Vonasek was born in Carlisle, Ark., and had lived in Creston, Lorimor and Winterset. She was a homemaker and a member of United Methodist Women.

She is survived by a son, Don of Urbandale; two daughters, Lucy DeWitt of Gladbrook and Penny Bowen of Madrid; two sisters, Vivian Haas of Chillicothe, Mo., and Natalie Hoar of Phoenix; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of services Monday at the church. Powers Funeral Home in Afton is handling arrangements.
