Pauline Givant, 91, of Winterset died of a heart ailment Wednesday at County Haven Guest Home there. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Jewish Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines.

Mrs. Givant was born in Poland and had lived in Des Moines most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Beth El Jacob Synagogue.

Surviving are two sons, Daniel of Winterset and Herman of Des Moines; two brothers, Sam Fogel of Edina, Minn., and Morris Fogel of San Diego; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Dunn's Funeral Home in Des Moines is handling arrangements.
