Death of Frank J. Stillman

Frank J. Stillman, 66, who was former publisher of newspapers at Cresco, Riceville and Waterloo and part owner of the Jefferson Bee died in an automobile accident in Washington, D. C. Sunday, April 27th. Mr. Stillman was the father of Paul R. Stillman, formerly editor of the Earlham Echo. Mr. Stillman was struck by an automobile as he was crossing the street in front of an apartment where he was staying. Burial will be in Glendale, where he conducted a job printing plant. He leaves his wife, a daughter, two sons and a brother, all of Glendale.
