MRS. BERTHA SNYDER DIED ON SATURDAY

Native of This Community Had Lived Many Years in Des Moines

Mrs. Bertha Snyder, a former Madison county resident, died at the Methodist hospital in Des Moines Saturday afternoonof a heart attack at the age of 66 years. She had been in failing health for three years.

Mrs. Snyder was born and raised in this community and was married to John Snyder in 1905. They moved to Des Moines that year and that had since been their home. She was employed at Younkers Store for 22 years.

She is survived by her husband, one son Cecil of Des Moines and two grandchildren, her mother and two brothers.
