Obituary

Died, September 24, 1902 at his residence near Patterson, Iowa, Patrick Kilduff, aged 82 years. Deceased was born in the county Neath, Ireland, came to this country when quite a young man. Married Catherine Lyons whose death occurred thirty-three years ago. They were the parents of nine children, four of whom are living. Mrs. M. Gavin, Mrs. W. Wiedman, Rosa Kilduff of this county and Thomas Kilduff of ------- Neb.

The remains were taken to Des Moines Friday morning accompanied by many old neighbors and friends. The funeral services were held at the St. Ambrose church, conducted by Rev. Flavin. Interment at Woodland cemetery, and thus was laid to rest beside the wife to whose memory he had remained faithful, a good man and a true friend.
