Eric Klemm, 29, of Carlsbad, Calif., died of a heart attack, June 26, 2000 at his home.

Memorial services were held Saturday, July 1 at his home.

Eric Klemm was born Oct. 17, 1970 in Winterset to Mike and Irmalee (Benson) Klemm. He had resided in Carlsbad since birth. He was an assistant area manager for three 7-Eleven Convenient Stores in Carlsbad.

He is survived by his parents; a brother, Jason and a sister, Laura, both at home; and grandparents, Jim and Ruth Klemm of Sun City, Ariz., and Vic and Joanne Benson of Winterset.
