NOAH BLOSSER Died at Age 89

Noah Blosser, a lifetime resident of Madison County, died Sunday, March 9, 1975 at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. He was 89 years of age.

Mr. Blosser was born in Madison County on March 17, 1885, the son of Samuel and Alia Gillogly Blosser. He was married to Mary Elizabeth Algoe at Truro on December 15, 1946.

A retired farmer, Mr. Blosser was affiliated with the First United Methodist Church of Winterset. He was also a member of the St. Charles Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include two sisters, Iva Guilliams of Fontanelle and Beulah Grout of Winterset. Mr. Blosser was preceded in death by his wife on January 22, 1973.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. this Wednesday, March 12 at the Collins Funeral Home in Winterset, with the Rev. Paul Bousfield presiding. Burial was in the Winterset Cemetery.
