CHARLES F. TAYLOR SUCCUMBED SATURDAY

Death Resulted From Stroke Suffered About Two Weeks Ago

Charles F. Taylor of this county died at the state hospital in Clarinda last Saturday at the age of 73 years. His death was the result of a stroke suffered about two weeks ago.

Mr. Taylor was the son of Levi and Louisa Taylor, and was born in Madison county on April 22, 1867.

He is survived by his aged mother, Mrs. Louisa Clark of Winterset; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Perry of Dixon, Ill.; and three brothers, M. O. Taylor and V. F. Taylor of Winterset and Clyde Taylor of Payette, Ia. His father, two brothers, and two sisters preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held here Monday from the Ramsey-Richards funeral home, in charge of the Rev. Tom Foglesong, pastor of the Winterset Church of Christ. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.

Last Rites Held For C. F. Taylor

Charles F. Taylor, 73 years of age, died Saturday at the State Hospital in Clarinda. His Death was the result of a stroke which he suffered a number of weeks ago.

Funeral services were held at the Ramsey-Richards Funeral home Monday afternoon at two o’clock, conducted by the Rev. Tom Foglesong. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.

He is survived by his aged mother, Mrs. Louisa Clark of Winterset; one sister, Mrs. Minnie Perry of Dixon, Ill.; three brothers, M. O. Taylor and VC. F. Taylor of Winterset; and Clyde Taylor of Fayette, Ida.; several nephews and nieces. His father and two brothers and two sisters have preceded him in death.

Charles Frederic Taylor, son of Levi and Louisa Taylor, was born in Madison county, April 2w, 1867 and died Oct. 12, being 73 years, 5 months and 20 days.
