Glen R. (Bob) Highland, 42, passed away Saturday August 21 at the Veterans hospital in Des Moines after suffering from cancer the past several months.
Besides his wife and four children, all of Des Moines, he leaves to mourn his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Highland of Stuart; two brothers, Kenneth of Stuart and Raymond of Westerly, Rhode Island; and his sister, Mrs. Richard (Mary Lou) Wheeldon of Earlham.
Services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Des Moines with interment in Glendale.
