Wednesday, August 21, 19402-YEAR OLD BOY DIES OF BURNS WEDNESDAY
James Miller, 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Miller of near Bevington, was fatally burned on Tuesday of last week when he fell into a pail of scalding water, which his mother was using with the washing.
The child was rushed to the Mercy hospital in Des Moines, but died the next day.
The family lives in Crawford township, a mile north of Bevington. The child is survived by its parents and a 4-year-old sister.
