Ricky C. Butcher died Oct. 18, 2005 at Winterset Care Center North.
Graveside services were held Saturday, Oct. 22, at the I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Indianola.
Ricky Butcher was a resident of Progressive Options in Winterset and had resided at Winterset Care Center North since 2000. He worked for Innovative Industries and in the housekeeping department at the care center. Ricky also competed in Special Olympics.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Don and Mary Butcher of Des Moines; his mother, Marjorie Schuler-Bruce of Reedley, Calif.; two brothers, Rod and Jeff Palmer of Marysville, Wash; and a sister, Julie Schnnualet of Reedley, Calif.
Arrangements were handled by Overton Funeral Home in Indianola.
