Farmer Suffers Fatal Heart Attack While Doing Heavy Work
Harry A. Low, a well known resident of near Winterset, died here last Thursday after being stricken with a heart attack while shoveling corn. He was 57 years of age.
Mr. Low was born at Winterset on Dec. 2, 1884, the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Low. With the exception of a few years in Missouri, his entire life was spent in this community.
He was married on Feb. 4, 1925, to Daisy Florence Brooks, who survives him. He also leaves his father, E. H. Low, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Julia Platt, and Mrs. Josephine Alcorn of Orient, Mrs. Mamie Jacobi of Macksburg, Mrs. Edna Osborn of Murray, Harvey Low of Osceola, and Henry and Willie Low of Winterset.
Funeral services were held Sunday from Andersons home for funerals in charge of the Rev. W. P. Fink, pastor of the Winterset Presbyterian church. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
