Former Madison County Resident Succumbed Last Thursday
William Harry Libby, for many years a resident of Madison county, died at Glenwood last Thursday. He was 66 years of age.
Mr. Libby was born near Elburn, Ill., on Dec. 17, 1873, the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Libby. In 1902 he came with his parents to this county.
He is survived by five brothers, Charles, Fred, Bert, Frank and Elmer Libby, all of near Winterset; and two sisters, Etta Dillenger of near Winterset and Myrtle Linn of Carroll.
Funeral services were held last Saturday from the Ramsey-Richards funeral home, in charge of the Rev. J. R. McNichols, pastor of the Winterset Methodist church. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
