Timothy Brian Allen, 48, of Winterset, died of a heart attack, Feb. 20, 2002 at Madison County Memorial Hospital in Winterset

Funeral services were held Saturday Feb. 23 at the First United Methodist Church in Winterset with Pastors Robert Barrick and Dr. Bobby G. Dickerson officiating. Burial was at North McDonald cemetery, Jefferson township, Madison county.

Tim Allen was born Sept. 10, 1953 in Winterson to Myron Park (Sr.) and Eloise (Travis) Allen. A lifetime resident of Winterset, Tim had been a truck driver and local business owner. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Winterset.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

He is survived by a daughter, Tisha Allen of Minneapolis, Minn.; two brothers, Myron Allen (wife Rhonda) of Macksburg and Steve Allen (wife Judy) of Winterset; a sister, Claudia Mazena (husband Larry) of Urbandale; and one grandchild.
