HARRY B. JOBSON DIED ON MONDAY

Winterset Citizen succumbs after Several Years of Failing Health

Harry B. Jobson, a widely known Winterset resident for many years, died at his home here Monday after a long illness. He was 54 years of age.

Mr. Jobson was born in Burton, Kan. On Oct. 2, 1886, the son of John and Susie Jobson. He lived for many years in Lincoln Township. Where he engaged in livestock feeding on a large scale.

He was a veteran of the World War and has been a member of the American Legion post in Winterset.

Among the immediate surviving relatives are his mother, and a brother, Lindsay Jobson both of Winterset.

Funeral services were held from the Anderson Home for Funerals Tuesday, in charge of the Rev. Tom Foglesong, pastor of the Church of Christ. Burial was made at the Winterset cemetery, with the services there in charge of a guard of honor from Green Rogers post of the American Legion. Pallbearers were Rex Martin, Dick Mapes, Alex McCauley, Thomas Gillespie, Frank Gillespie, and Ervin Alexander.
