Winterset, IowaMRS. DICK DOOLEY DIES
Mrs. Dick Dooley, well known Penn and Jackson township resident, died in Hollywood, Cal., Friday, after an extended illness. The Dooleys had gone to California last fall to spend the winter, and she had been in poor health for several months.
Mrs. Dooley was the former Angie Reed, and she came to this county with her parents, William and Susan Niblo Reed, when she was a small child. She was 68 years of age. Mr. and Mrs. Dooley lived for many years on a farm south of Dexter.
She is survived by her husband and their four children: Fred Dooley of Adel, Mrs. Velma Ashey, Paul and George Dooley all of Los Angeles. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Maggie Kennedy, and Mrs. Tillie Hautby, also of California.
Funeral services for Mrs. Dooley were held in Pasadena, Monday, Feb. 12th, and burial was made in that city.
