Page 1Death of Culey Hircock
Culey Hircock died at his home at Wichita, Kansas, Saturday evening, November 8th. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Wichita and the burial was there. He was 66 years of age. Mr. Hircock and his family were residents of Madison county until 1907 when they moved in February to New Mexico. In the fall of the same year they moved to Wichita.
Mr. Hircock is survived by his wife and one daughter, Mrs. Sam Grady of Wichita; four grandchildren, three brothers, Thomas, William and Charles, all of Madison county, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Cameron of Winterset and Mrs. Emma Smith of Estherville. The brothers went to Wichita to attend the funeral. Mr. Hircock was the son of Jacob and Louise Hircock.

Cule Hircock, former Madison county farmer and member of one of its oldest families, died in Wichita, Kansas, Sunday of pneumonia. Mr. and Mrs. Hircock lived on the Mellroe farm across from Fairmont nursery before they moved to New Mexico in 1906. They have lived in Wichita since 1907. Mrs. Hircock was a daughter of William Brinson. The funeral was held in Wichita.
