James Harrison was born in Washington county, Indiana, September 30, 1835 and died at his home in Webster township, August 12, 1907, aged 71 years, 10 months and 13 days. He was married to Martha C. Hamilton October 10, 1857, and to this union were born nine children, seven of whom survive him.
Funeral services were conducted from the home on Tuesday by Rev. E. E. Bennett and interment made in the Wight cemetery in Webster township.
