FRANK M. ELSBURY

Frank M. Elsbury, son of William and Nancy Elsbury, was born September 25, 1868 near Winterset and passed away at 2 p.m. March 4, 1944, at Des Moines, after an illness of only a few hours.

On April 28, 1890, he was united in marriage with Dollie Hester Wicks. To this union was born three children; Lillie of Wichita Falls, Texas; Ernest of Jacksonville, Texas, and Hasel of Des Moines. Also surviving are five sisters, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. His wife preceded him in death in 1916.

For a number of years he had been a member of the Earlham Presbyterian church.

We cannot say that he is gone-he's just away.

Funeral services were held in the Welch parlors at 11 o'clock Saturday morning by the Rev. S. R. Overholser, pastor of the local Presbyterian church. The body was laid to rest beside his companion in the Earlham cemetery.
