Life-Long Resident of This County Succumbs at Home Near Barney
Clint C. Cunningham, a life-long resident of Madison county, died last Thursday at his home near Barney.
Mr. Cunningham was born in Webster township on Aug. 4, 1882, and was 62 years of age at his death. He was the son of James and Belle Cunningham.
On Jan. 1, 1913, he was married to Bessie Blair. They were the parents of four children, one of whom, Paul, died in 1926.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Roy Cunningham of the U. S. infantry and Lesly Cunningham of the army air forces; a daughter, Mrs. Alice Gregg of Des Moines; two sisters, Mary and Pearl; and one brother, Emery Cunningham of Winterset.
Funeral services were held Tuesday from Andersons's Funeral home in charge of the Rev. L. F. Davis. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
