Mrs. Mary Storrs, a former resident of Madison county and Winterset, died Tuesday Nov. 16 at Broadlawns hospital in Des Moines after an illness of four months. She was 61 years of age.
Mrs. Storrs was the widow of Colomar Storrs whose death occurred in 1947. She had moved to Des Moines from Winterset in 1941.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. John Williams of Rockford, Ill., and Mrs. Charles Johnson and Mrs. Sam Grovingo, both of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs. Bob Hudson of Anderson, Mo., and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held this Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Anderson home for funerals in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. Melvin Hansen, pastor of the Nazarene church.
