BURL SEE DIES AGED 67 YEARS

Was Life-Long Resident of Community Near Peru

Burl E. See, a well known resident of the Peru community for many years, died at his home in Scott township, Thursday Nov. 18. He was 67 years of age.

Mr. See had lived in that community most of his life, having been born at Peru, Dec. 5, 1886, a son of William H. and Florence See. His life was spent in farming.

He was married Jan. 5, 1910 to Cecil M. Brown, who survives him. He also leaves three children, Mrs. Marjorie Datwyler and Wendell See of Peru and Mrs. Phyllis M. Woodman of San Antonio, Tex.; a brother, Homer See of Peru; and two sisters, Mrs. Venecia Ruth of Winterset and Mrs. Mabel Ransom of Blairtown.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the Peru Methodist church, conducted by the Rev. Earl Travis. Burial was made in the Peru cemetery.
