November 17, 1954JAMES BURKHEIMER OF LORIMOR DIES
James C. Burkheimer, a resident of Lorimor the last two years, was found dead in bed at his home there on Friday, Nov. 12. He was 84 years of age.
Mr. Burkheimer was born in Union county on Nov. 28, 1869 and most of his life was spent in the Thayer community.
He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Willard Buckingham and Mrs. L. W. Dusenberry of Lorimor and Mrs. Odell Lamb of Murray.
Funeral services were held Sunday from the Watts Funeral home in Lorimor in charge of the Rev. Larry Thompson. Burial was made in Bethel cemetery.
