LOCAL NEWS

Mrs. Lottie Trowbridge, who formerly lived eight miles west on the Bluffs road and afterwards in Winterset, died at the home of her daughter, in Lincoln, Nebraska, on last Saturday, at the age of 88 years. The remains were brought here and the funeral service held from the M. E. church on Monday forenoon.

Death of Mrs. Trowbridge

Mrs. Fanny Trowbridge deceased, died at the home of her daughter, at Lincoln, Nebraska, last Saturday. Her remains were brought to this city Monday morning for interment.

The funeral services were held at the M. E. church, Rev. Matheny administering the last sad rites. Mrs. Trowbridge left Winterset in August, 1901.
