PNEUMONIA FATAL TO 3-MONTHS-OLD BABY

Kenneth Wayne Purscell, 3-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Marion Purscell of Winterset, died at the Winterset hospital last Saturday. The baby had been ill with both whooping cough and pneumonia.

The child was born at Iowa City on November 2, 1936. In addition to his parents, he leaves a step-sister, Lugean Heath and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Purscell and Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Heath.

Funeral services were held Sunday from Tidrick's funeral home here, in charge of the Rev. J. H. Cochrane, Jr., pastor of the Winterset Baptist church. Burial was made in the Primitive Baptist cemetery.
