April 23, 1936Death of Mrs. Al Dabney
Mrs. Al Dabney, former Winterset resident, died in an Oakland hospital, Thursday, April 9th after a short illness with pneumonia. Mrs. Dabney who was the former Miss Pauline Holiday of Winterset made her home here for a number of years, but moved west with Mr. Dabney and their four daughters about 35 years ago. She was about 79 years of age. Mr. Dabney has been dead for some time and she is survived by her daughter, Clara, with whom she made her home, and three other daughters, also of Oakland. Funeral and burial services were held in Oakland.
