Winterset friends of Mrs. Claude Harpole of Des Moines have received word of the death of her father, Frank E. Allen of Ames.
The funeral services were held at Ames Sunday Feb. 1st and Mr. and Mrs. James Harpole and Gillette Harpole of Patterson attended the services.
In last week's Madisonian it was stated that Mr. Allen was Mrs. Harpole's brother. Mr. Allen succumbed to a heart attack Friday Jan. 30th.
