10-YEAR OLD CHILD DIED HERE THURSDAY

Phyllis Marie, Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Hamilton Succumbs of Pneumonia

Phyllis Marie Hamilton, 10-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Hamilton of Jackson township, died at the Winterset hospital last Thursday of pneumonia. The child had been in failing health for some time and had been under treatment for diabetes.

Phyllis Marie was born near Earlham on September 1, 1927, and her entire life had been spent in this county.

Funeral services were held last Saturday from the West Star church, in charge of the pastor, the Rev. Ward Kessler, assisted by the Rev. A. R. Weed, former pastor there. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
