MORTIMOR TERRILL DIES AT 70 YEARS

Mortimer T. Terrill, a native of Winterset, died at Omaha last Wednesday, June 25, after a long illness. He was 70 years of age.

Mr. Terrill was born in Winterset Aug. 20, 1887, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert B. Terrill. He was employed for many years in the engineering department of the Union Pacific railroad, but ill health forced his retirement 17 years ago.

Surviving are his wife, Martha, two daughters, Mrs. Helen Cross and Mrs. Virginia Johnson, and three granddaughters, all of Omaha; two sisters, Mrs. Bernice Ramsey of Council Bluffs and Mrs. Gertrude Phillips of Ames; and two brothers, Charles F. Terrill of Detroit, Mich., and Eugene A. Terrill of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Burial was made in Floral Lawn cemetery at Omaha.
