BEVINGTON- Funeral services for Edward Sheehey, 65, of near Churchville, were held Monday Jan. 12 from the Church of the Assumption in Churchville. Burial was made in the cemetery there.
Mr. Sheehey died Jan 9 at the Mercy hospital in Des Moines, after a year’s illness. He is survived by his wife the former Mae Melroy; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Ellen Hasty of Des Moines, Mrs. Irene Jones of Milo, and Mrs. Rita Carpenter of Chicago; three sons, James Sheehey of Norwalk and Joseph and Gerry Sheehey, at home; and a sister, Mrs. Dennis Murphy of Chicago.
