Funeral Services Being Held This Wednesday, With Burial Here
Mrs. Selwyn Koehler, a life-long resident of the Winterset commuity, died at her home here Monday, June 2, at the age of 80 years.
Mrs. Koehler was the former Minnie M. Mills, daughter of Albert and Mary Anna Lucas Mills. She was born at Winterset Jan. 27, 1878.
She was married Dec. 24, 1895, to Selwyn Koehler, who survives her. She also leaves two sons, George and Francis Koehler of Winterset; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Frank Welch; and a brother, Claude Mills. A daughter, Mrs. Helen Rummelhart, died in 1952.
Funeral services were to be held this Wednesday afternoon from the Richards Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. W. W. Steinmetz, pastor of the Winterset Methodist church. Burial was to be made in the Winterset cemetery.
