MRS. LUKE BOONE DIES AT 31 YEARS

Death Occurs at Memorial Hospital After Long Illness

Mrs. Luke Boone, aged 31, of Hedrick, died Easter Sunday, April 6, at Madison county Memorial hospital in Winterset, following an extended illness.

Mrs. Boone was born and spent most of her life in Jefferson township, near Van Meter. She was the former Rosie Marie Lienemann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Clifford Lienemann. She attended the DeSoto school, graduating from high school there with the class of 1945.

She was married Dec. 27, 1948, to Luke L. Boone, who is at present teaching in the Hedrick school.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran church in Jefferson township.

In addition to her husband, she leaves two children, Luke, aged 8, and Twyla Marie, aged 7; her parents; seven brothers, Peter and Lawrence Lienemann of Van Meter, Clifford Lienemann of Grimes, Nile Lienemann of Macon, Ga., Elmer Lienemann of the U.S. Armed forces, Lowell Lienemann of Booneville; and John Lienemann, a student at Concordia college in Moorhead, Minn.; and two sisters, Mrs. Clara Reinholdt of Des Moines, and Edna Lienemann, a student nurse at Iowa City.

Funeral services were held April 8 from Trinity Lutheran church, in charge of the Rev. A. C. Weber. Burial was made in the cemetery there.
