W. F. BRADSHAW OF ST. CHARLES DIES

Death of Life-Time Resident Occurred at Home Near St. Charles

William F. Bradshaw, a life-long resident of Madison county, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, at his farm home near St. Charles. His death occurred in the home where he was born. He was 73 years of age.

Mr. Bradshaw was born Nov. 24, 1885, a son of Stephen and Margaret Bradshaw. His life was spent in farming.

He was married Jan. 25, 1905, to Metta Vanscoy. Her death occurred in 1944.

He was a member of the Methodist church in St. Charles.

Surviving are five children, Clarence Bradshaw of Casper, Wyo., Joe Bradshaw of Martensdale, Ray Bradshaw of Dexter, Mrs. Lola Smith of Winterset, and Mrs. Eva Smith of Truro. He also leaves 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held last Friday from the St. Charles Methodist church, conducted by the Rev. Eldon Haworth. Burial was made in the St. Charles cemetery.
