Virginia Arlene Wilson, 84, of Ankeny died March 19, 2007, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Graveside services were held Thursday, March 22, at Rose Hill Cemetery in Eagle Grove.
Virginia Wilson was born in Forest City and had resided in Winterset, Mount Pleasant, Eagle Grove and Backus, Minn., before moving to Ankeny. She had worked closely with her husband, Lysle, at the Wilson Funeral Homes in Winterset and Eagle Grove.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a sister, Carol Wurzer.
She is survived by two sons, Larry Wilson of Fort Collins, Colo., and Bill Wilson of Ankeny; three brothers, Jack Rudey, Robert Rudey and Ronald Rudey; and four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
