Wednesday, February 9, 1949JANE SMITH DIED HERE TUESDAY AT 73 YEARS
Jane Smith died at the Madison county farm Tuesday. She was 73 years of age.
Miss Smith was a long-time resident of this community. She was born here April 13, 1875, the daughter of George and Sarah Smith.
Funeral services will be held this Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Blair Chapel church near St. Charles, and burial will be made in the cemetery there.
