EDMUND PENN DIED AT PANORA APRIL 3

Edmund Penn, a former resident of near Winterset, died April 3 at Panora, according to word received here this week. Funeral services and burial were held at Panora.

Mr. Penn was a native of Warren county, where he was born Nov. 29, 1877. In early life he came with his parents to a farm northeast of Winterset. Here he was married to Jessie Griffith.

Several years after his marriage he moved to Oklahoma, making his home there for about 10 years. Since returning to Iowa, he had lived in the Dexter and Panora communities.

Surviving are his wife, and four daughters. He was a brother of Tom Penn, formerly of Winterset and of Elmer Penn of Stuart. He also leaves three sisters.
