B. B. McGINNIS DIES

Mrs. T. J. McGinnis received word Sunday of the death of her brother-in-law, Burt B. McGinnis of Northome, Minn. Mr. McGinnis, who was 63 years of age, died as a result of a heart attack.

He was a former resident of this county, and was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph McGinnis who made their home near Patterson. He was graduated from the Winterset high school about 35 years ago, and after taking college work, went to Minnesota where he was a teacher, and later superintendent of schools. He was superintendent of the Northome schools at the time of his death.

He is survived by his wife and their two children, Byron and Mrs. Leslie Thompson of Minneapolis. His funeral and burial services were held in Minneapolis, this afternoon. Mrs. T. J. McGinnis went to Minneapolis Tuesday to attend the funeral services. She was accompanied by Mrs. Anna Snyder of Stuart.
