CHILD FATALLY HURT BY WAGON

Paul Carter, Age 30 Months, of St. Charles, Victim of Accident

St. Charles - (Special)

The two and one-half year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Carter of near St. Charles was fatally injured Monday morning.

The baby, Paul Carter, was run over by a wagon loaded with ground feed, which the father was backing into a barn. The wheels passed over the child's head and chest. He was rushed to a Des Moines hospital, but died before reaching there.

In addition to his parents, the child is survived by a baby sister.

Funeral services were to be held this Wednesday morning from the St. Marys Catholich church.
