MRS. JOHN BARDRICK SUCCUMBS AT INDIANOLA

Mrs. John A. Bardrick, a long-time resident of this community died at her home in Indianola on Feb. 17. She was 87 years of age.

Mrs. Bardrick was the former Mary Elizabeth Huffman, daughter of John and Amanda Huffman, and was born in Wapello county on Sept. 26, 1851.

She was reared in Winterset, and attended the local schools. She became prominent in Sunday school work in this community. She was married to John A. Bardrick in 1875. She was long and closely identified with the Methodist church.

Funeral services were held at Indianola on Feb. 19, in charge of the Rev. W. M. Scheuermann, her pastor. Burial was made in the Indianola cemetery.
