MRS. ANNA DOAK Died Feb. 14 At Osceola

Mrs. Anna Doak, a resident of Winterset for most of her life, died Feb. 14, 1945, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harry Blakely. She was 53 years of age.

Mrs. Doak was the former Anna Catherena Peterson, daughter of Andrew and Anna Elizabeth Peterson, and was born Nov. 27, 1891, at Des Moines. When she was seven years old she moved with her family to Winterset, and this was her home until 1928.

She was married to Thomas C. Doak of Winterset on Feb. 27, 1914. They were the parents of one daughter, Margaret. In 1928 she moved to a farm near Osceola. Four years later she went to Paton to make her home with her parents. Shortly before her death she had come to Osceola to make her home with her daughter.

She is survived by her daughter; a granddaughter; and four brothers, William and Adolph of Paton. Rudolph of Lohrville, and Theodore of Omaha.

Funeral services were held Feb. 18, in charge of the Rev. George A. Vogel of Greenfield assisted by the Rev. Edward Heinrichs. Burial was made in the Maple Hill cemetery at Osceola.
